CAMBRIDGE, WI (Saturday, September 19, 2020) Day two of the 40th annual Wisconsin State Championships began with Edgerton driver, Casey Johnson in search of a fifth consecutive Late Model title in the yearly event. After finishing the previous evening’s feature event in second place, Johnson continued his dominance of the premier division at Wisconsin’s Action Track to claim another championship. Twin 60 lap Late Model main events highlighted the marathon of features to close out the 2020 racing season at Jefferson Speedway.

CAMBRIDGE, WI (Friday, September 18, 2020) Day one of the 40th annual Wisconsin State Championships at Jefferson Speedway kicked off on Friday evening with seven divisions on track, including the Midwest Truck Series. Former Jefferson Late Model champion, John Ovadal Jr of Watertown, dominated the 50 lap Truck Series feature to get the win. Meanwhile, Lake Mills pilot, Stephen Scheel, scored the win in the Glassworks 50 lap Late Model main event.

CAMBRIDGE, WI (Sunday, September 13, 2020) While Shaun Scheel was putting the finishing touches on the 2020 Late Model track championship; it was Cambridge driver, Dale Nottestad, who laid claim to the Griffin Ford Lincoln season championship 60 lap feature event. With Scheel’s third place finish in the main event, he wrapped up his second consecutive Late Model crown at Wisconsin’s Action Track.

























































Grueneberg Grabs Fourth Feature Victory

CAMBRIDGE, WI (Saturday, September 5, 2020) Wisconsin Dells pilot, Michael Grueneberg, charged to the front of the field on Saturday night and drove away to win the Jensen Plumbing 50 lap Late Model main event. The win marks Grueneberg’s fourth feature victory on the 2020 season with only one more week of points racing left to determine the championship.

The Lake Mills pilot now as two feature wins on the season, with only two more weeks of point racing left to determine the 2020 champions.

Nottestad Claims Overall on Double Feature Night

CAMBRIDGE, WI (Saturday, August 22, 2020) Twin 35 lap Late Model features highlighted a full program of racing at Wisconsin’s Action Track on Saturday evening presented by Pal’s Car Club. When the dust settled, Cambridge pilot Dale Nottestad stood tall as the overall winner of the Jonathan Robert Memorial Late Model title. After winning the first of dual features, Nottestad added a sixth place finish in the second event to pick up the overall victory.
